after a month of actively calorie counting I’m so happy that I have lost 10lbs in 4 weeks! This is one of my daily lunches that I love! They didn’t have good and gather pepperoni on my fitness pal so I had to input the honey ham with the correct amount of calories to substitute. I’ve found that fasting until 1pm helps me immensely! And no I haven’t cut out “the bad foods” I’ll still get fries, but instead of eating the whole thing I’ll have 5-10. It’s all about portion size and calories. Hell I even love to get in n out burgers, no cheese for a whopping 360 cals. 1200 really is plenty. sorry for my long rant just extremely happy right now

    I love delit meat, espeocally turkey with a pickle and mustars. I just use a few slices of turkey as the “wrap” and put a pickle in with mustard

    10 lbs in 4 weeks?? Are you doing 1200 for maintaining or is this going to be a short term diet. Your BMR must be closer to 1800, I don’t think this diet will be sustainable for you.
