Lol foggy camera. My first big hack is using PRESHREDDED rotisserie chicken breast from Walmart (around $9/$10 per lb). It lasts for weeks unopened, it’s very versatile, and it tastes good! No matter how I try to cook chicken, it always turns out gross and I can’t keep it in the fridge for more than two days before I notice the flavor change. This is a game changer for me. Second big hack is using frozen vegetables. Did you know you can roast in the oven from frozen? Super convenient! For the mac and cheese, I boiled some pasta, drained the water, added pasta to the pot, and then added my milk, half and half, laughing cow, and cheese. The stove was set to low to let everything melt. Suppeerr yummy as someone who is extremely picky
