For the pizza crust I use this keto nugget recipe(halved)-( only the base , no coating or sauce):

    … I realised I changed the recipe so much, its a recipe on its own haha.

    Full recipe :
    Base:
    367 g ground chicken
    16g grated parmesan cheese

    30g  shredded mozzarella

    1/4 tsp each garlic powder, paprika

    Toppings
    1 tbsp red pesto paste
    Handful of mozzarella
    Handful of chorizo

    In a large bowl combine the Nuggets ingredients with you hands until just incorporated. Form your rohnd pizza base and flatten them on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes then flip. Bake for 10 more minutes.

    Add toppings, then bake for another 3-5minutes
