


I am still working my way through Sarah Ahn’s Umma (2025). This may be the best mandu I’ve ever had. It is a bit labor intensive to make; however, the results are definitely worth it. Also, I used the same brand of dumpling wrappers that the authors suggested. I loved its texture!
