Poutine, Canadian Fries with Cheese Curds and Gravy on top.
Cheese Curds have multiple uses, some like to snack it, some like to put on top of Fries.
Some Aficionados prefer a Squeaky Curd when it’s eaten, some prefer it melted. Personally I prefer melted, but that’s just me.

Just made some yesterday, absolutely love poutine! 😁 Unfortunately, absolutely no place near me serves it on their menu 😞 But that just gives me the opportunity to perfect my own recipe I guess. Still wish I could just order some though, there’s so many varieties to try!

I had some really good poutine in various places in Montreal and honestly the Burger King poutine was fabulous, the gravy, fries and curds were all amazing quality and delicious. I also like a melted cheese curd though!
