I have three plants. All wintered inside under grow lights. The other two are great.whsts going on with this one? Also, some of the leaves are speckled and others are curling. Any wisdom?

Looks dehydrated! Clay pot? Don’t do clay pots also add lots of water and in pot need shade if it’s too hot
