I discovered the dry aisle recently and tried instant potatoes for the first time. The variety in the picture is Au Gratin Sliced Potato Bake.
On the left is rice, spinach, and some Garlic Butter Shrimp I found at Costco. You wouldn't believe how much butter is in that.
I do not make any claims that the spinach makes this healthy lol. I'm going to end up gaining weight on this stuff if I'm not careful, but it tastes too good to pass by.

Nice prep! You mentioned the butter & weight gain, keep an eye on the double carbs too. Looks very tasty though, enjoy!
I totally agree on the “too good to pass by” comment. Meal prep doesn’t always mean 100% healthy all the time. If anything, it helps keep things balanced so you CAN have the occasional week where meal prep consists of foods that are just mouthwateringly bad for you. I would eat the hell out of this 😂
