1. If you have to add oil to a nonstick pan it is not nonstick 2. If you let the pan heat up the oil will loosen and coat the pan without having to wipe all of it away with a paper towel 3. Butter works better because it coats the egg and bonds to the outside making the egg itself non stick 3. If you bring the pan to at least 212°F the water in the egg will boil when it comes in contact with the pan and the Leidenfrost will help it to not stick even more
Low and slow. Also, I use bacon grease to cook my eggs, cast iron of course. I dont cover, just splash hot grease on top. Teflon causes cancer, cast iron, even stainless, is so much better for u 😮
