I eaten many a gorgeous vegetarian fry up and this looks yummy apart from the mushrooms which don’t se to have been cooked, or maybe warmed by a heated argument ?
Vegetarian sausages can be a bit dry like the bacon but beans and tomatoes to add some wetness.
Not blasphemy to each his/her own I think 👏👏

Everything looks like it could have been cooked for an extra 5 minutes

Eggs are vegetarian? I did not know that.

Looks damn nice, what are the subs for the sausage? Marinated Tofu or something else? Edit: the mushrooms look kinda raw though. Might be just the picture.

My main objection is one of geometry
The beans are taking approximately 1/3 of the plate, with the Facon and a single sausage rounding that up the a half.
That leaves only 50% of the real estate for *everything* else.
Edit: I feel like you have to start with eating the beans, just to clear space to eat anything else without losing the better stuff onto the table, or *Worse*!

Fascinating bean to soss ratio. The mushrooms seem ready for a sunbed, but the hash browns are really the headline here.

I’ll be honest, it looks better than a lot of the meat versions on here… but that’s not a strong compliment lol

Just all looks a bit undercooked.

Why do the sausages and bacon look like they’ve been carved out of stone?
