    Looks great. Is Chuck Roast tender enough with that method? I have not used that cut of meat like that.

    Nice pics – but that isn’t going to be tender. Chuck roast needs low and slow – you’re pretending it’s a better cut of meat just to get some likes.

    Chuck is best cooked a long time – with gravy. That’s a nice pic but I bet that meat is tough and cheesy
