    Looks great. Unrelated but still, how do you like your knife? I love the handle on it. In my head, with any good steak, you must have a great knife.

    Pre brand has grass fed chuck roasts for cheap right now on Amazon.

    1.5 lbs for $11.24! For grass fed this is hard to beat!

    What was your temp and cooktime. I have one on deck and rather throw it on the grill instead of a long braise in a pot.

    I’ve always heard that chuck roasts are tough when not cooked slowly. I’m considering doing a reverse sear one day.

    How was it compared to a ribeye?
