    This is why I’m really digging Ethan Chlewbowski’s new Cook Well channel on YouTube. He’s getting into teaching people about preparing ingredients not meals so if you want to have different meals it’s mostly repurposing and reheating.

    How much is capsicum where you live? $7 USD a kilo here (minced beef is the same price) so I often avoid for meal prep… of course divided by 12 is decent!
