    I’m new-ish to smoking. I can do standard brined / seasoned / smoked chicken, but what is the best way to do BBQ smoked? Do you toss it in sauce at one point and put it back in? Beginning, middle, end? What temps? Same temp throughout or do you throttle it?

    Asking honest questions because OMFG those look great and I’m jealous.
