It’s my reverse engineering of „Luther Vegan Lard with Onion”.

Ingredients:
– 200g tofu
– 1 onion
– vegetable oil (add as much as you need if it’s too dry)
– 2/3 tb spoons of soy sauce
– green onion (optionally)

  1. Fry onion on a pan with oil
  2. Press the water out of tofu
  3. Put the tofu, onion with oil, and soy sauce into a blender, and mix. Add more oil if needed
  4. Put into a container and add green onion, cover with a lid so it won’t dry out.

Apply on a slice of bread and enjoy 🙂

  2. If you freeze the Tofu first and then thawed it, it’s much easier to press the water out.
