I'm sorry pasta Gods, there was only bacon in the store.
Also , freshly grounded pepper isn't covering all of it because the prongs were laying in the middle of the pan, lol.
I guess this isn't that bad for a quick meal, while I have a 2 year old trying to break the eggs and a 8 month old screaming bloody murder in another room.
Tasted great tho.

I rendered the bacon in a wok and boiled the pasta in another pot.
Mixed four yolks and four whole eggs together and a looot of grana padano(that’s what the store had after the parmigiano that is too expensive sadly for me atm)salt, black pepper and that’s it.
When the pasta was ready I dropped it in the wok with the bacon and then put the cheese mix in it while the heat was off. Mixed it and then grounded more pepper on it. It was delicious. I know I shouldn’t have used bacon but that’s what I had . Cheers!!
Yes that looks super delicious
