I’d start by not eating both tacos and pasta for lunch, that was a 2/3 of your daily calories for one meal

Your lunch is very hefty at 1k kcal. Do you need all that in there?

You could go for low fat cheese and less of the oil if you make those dishes again. Maybe a carb smart tortilla or skip the bread and chop the burger. Less of the cowboy caviar. But this is the hardest part of tracking, events like bbq, out with friends, etc. just stick to 1500 the rest of the week and you will be FINE!

My approach would be to just quit eating breakfast
lol why the downvotes? OP wants 1500 c, that’s what lunch and dinner are. Boom problem solved.

For breakfast, use less granola and maybe try flax instead of chia
For lunch, use half the oil and half the cheese. You never need to use a full tablespoon

Switch from whole milk to 1%.
You don’t need to eat pasta and tortillas and then sweet potato for dinner. Individually they’re not bad, but together it’s a lot of calories ‘wasted’ on carbs.
Practice volume eating and increase your veggie + fruit intake.

Switch to reduced fat cheddar from regular, 2% milk from whole, do a half tbsp of oil instead of a full, and ditch the protein pasta for Carbe Diem. Other than that, adjust portion sizes.
Edit for info: 2oz of Carbe Diem is 110 calories, 80 less than Barilla!

Stop cooking with olive oil just use cooking spray or water instead, eat low fat milk and cheese, portions portions portions
FixofLight
Try fairlife milk, lower calories and higher protein

I quit using cheese for the most part unless something really calls for it. I stopped using olive oil to marinade chicken in and to cook my veges in. I just cook my veges in a little water/steam them and season them well. The olive oils calories were sucking up unnecessary calories to me lol
For me personally, I want to eat my calories. Olive oil seemed wasteful when there were other low cal/no cal options.
You can swap you milk for low fat or even almond milk. The consistent ban of olive oil from my daily use tho has definitely helped me w my 1500 goal. 😃

I’d just eliminate one of these meals. Skip breakfast or dinner—whichever you care about less. IMHO, no one needs 3x meals a day.

Use 0 calorie avocado spray for starters. Low fat cheese will cut out alot too.

How married are you to that granola? Personally, I can’t stand it in my yogurt bowls, but I know some people like the crunch.
Lunch felt a bit heavy, like two lunches. Maybe pad it with more veggies and replace one “part” of it.
