When your munchkin gets sick just a few days before kick off of summer break, you have priorities that trump involved meal prep. So, HEB to the rescue.

Breakfast: Hashbrown, sausage patties, and a power waffle (not pictured)

Lunch: Pre-marinated ribs, grilled. 3/4 cup of white rice, 3/4 cup of steamed green beans.

    How are those ribs? I almost tried them out last week, but I was worry about the flavor outcome of foods that are marinated by the store instead of myself.
