1 small onion, finely diced. 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped. Fry the onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until translucent. 1 can (400 g / 14 oz) chickpeas, drained. Puree the chickpeas roughly with a fork or in a blender. Zest of half a lemon. 50 g (½ cup) oat flakes. 2 tbsp cornstarch. ½ tsp paprika powder, sweet. ½ tsp coriander powder and ½ tsp cumin. ½ tsp salt. pepper to taste. 2 tbsp breadcrumbs. Using slightly moistened hands, form small croquettes from the mixture and roll them in breadcrumbs. Then put it in the fridge for 15 minutes. 2 tbsp lemon juice. 1 small garlic clove, pressed. 3 tbsp tahini (sesame paste). 1 teaspoon maple syrup or agave syrup. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and dilute with water to taste until a creamy consistency is obtained. Heat oil in a pan and fry the croquettes on all sides over medium heat until golden brown (approx. 3-4 minutes per side). Alternatively, they can also be baked in the oven (fan oven) at 200 °C / 392 °F for approx. 20 minutes. Each of our olive wood cutting boards is painstakingly handcrafted and unique. There are different sizes to choose from – check them out using the link below the video in the description. Enjoy the crispy croquettes with the dip – perfect as a main course with a crisp salad or as finger food.

Nunca sofreír el ajo junto con la cebolla, SE QUEMA y arruina lo que estamos cocinando. Es mejor freír menos tiempo 👍🏻😉
