   Whenever I make truffles this happens lol. my shiny chocolates sitting pretty in their gift boxes; my kitchen and entire self covered in smears of ganache.

   What’s needed to run a bakery out of your kitchen, may I ask? Like, did you have to get licensed? Does the health inspector have to come make sure cleanliness practices are up to snuff?
