Something I’m struggling with is making thinner slices, maybe I should just bake it as a loaf and cut into it with a bread knife?

    It’s easier if it’s cold, you could put it 1 hour if the fridge (wrapped) before slicing. Even then it won’t be super easy since it was made for thicker slices.

    How difficilt is milk bread? I’ve made basic enriched breads with very laidback process where i basically add eggs to poolish and then just enough flour so it’s not slop.
