Hi, I need help figuring out how to cook this multigrain mix.
After some research I gathered that I should cook 1:1.5 grain mix to water ratio, soak mix for 1 hour before and cook in mixed/ brown rice setting. Is this correct?
Also on the instructions it says to mix in I believe short grain rice, is this also correct, and can it be medium grain rice too? and can I skip this step?
And if I decide to do it, do I follow all the same steps.
I can’t find much information on this brand, but this is the rice cooker I have.
Please help !

Use the Mixed/Brown rice function on your rice cooker. Measure out the rice with the included measuring cup, then use the notches on the rice cooker to put water in. For example, if you put in 3 cups of rice, pour in water up to the 3 line as marked in the rice cooker.
You can cook this rice by itself, or mix with medium grain rice or short grain rice. I don’t think it will matter too much.
I love a multi grain but i also think it needs the added white rice, i do like 1/2 cup multi grains with 1 cup regular rice- medium grain is fine
I never soaked it just washed and used the brown rice longer cook time
