They look absolutely fantastic. Seriously…be proud. The one suggestion I would give to you is to “stretch” your icing as you pour it to eliminate air bubbles. Stretching it works wonders for me (Pour slow and pull up as you pour). I’m sure you might be able to find a video on it …

These look great! But, drop the apostrophe in The Ledesinas. You only need the s to make it plural. Apostrophe s means something belongs to them (as in “the Ledesina’s dog”).

these are absolutely gorgeous!! this could totally just be me, but the top center cookie kinda reminds me of a tombstone… other people should chime in bc it could just be my weird brain seeing that!! but otherwise these all look so beautiful and classic, great job!!
