-Doing free labor for "exposure " almost never works out… Don't fall for it and know your worth!
P.s.- Not saying it never works, I'm sure it works sometimes depending on who it is but this is rare.

I definitely do not miss those people.
I bake for Icing Smiles and there is one family who still reaches out to me for every single event, even if it has nothing to do with their child, to try to get me to do cookies or cakes for them for free. They always have a multi-paragraph sob story or will “tell all their friends.”
If you want something, pay for it. Influencer culture and entitlement drive me crazy.

I like how so much effort went into the copy/paste intro message, but for everything that came after, they couldn’t be bothered to use punctuation. Make it 100% obvious that you’re just shooting your shot with everyone for a freebie and don’t value the individual businesses and their owners.
