2 capia peppers
2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp mint
10 walnuts
🔥 How to Make It:
1️⃣ Roast the capia peppers at 180°C for 10 minutes, then increase to 200°C for 30 minutes to get that perfect smoky flavor.
2️⃣ Let them cool, peel the skins, and remove the seeds.
3️⃣ Chop the peppers into small pieces to absorb the sauce better.
4️⃣ Add pomegranate molasses, olive oil, salt, thyme, and mint. Mix and let rest for 1 hour.
5️⃣ Add chopped walnuts before serving, mix again, and enjoy!

hello everyone I’m here with a very delicious and practical recipe here are the ingredients Capia pepper olive oil pomegranate molasses salt mint and team we place our Capia peppers on the oven Grill we Pierce them in a few places to ensure they cook well inside then we cook them at 180° for 10 minutes after that by turning on the top grill We Roll roast them at 200° for 30 minutes after our roasted Peppers cool down we place them on a plate and we peel the Skins you can see that the Skins come off very easily then with the help of a spoon we remove the seeds inside the peppers and clean the insides we take our cleaned Peppers to The Cutting Board we start to chop them into small pieces chopping them into small pieces will allow the peppers to absorb the sauce much better then over the chopped Peppers we add 2 tablespoons of pomegranate molasses you can add a bit more if you like then we add about 3 tablespoon of olive oil and add salt team and meat one teaspoon of each will be sufficient then we mix our pepper and let it rest for about 1 hour to absorb the sauce if you have less time you can serve it a little earlier finally sprinkle the wuts on top this part is completely optional but trust me it’s worth it mix everything one last time and you are done here is our recipe ready I hope you like it enjoy
