A block of frozen milk we get from our neighbor’s meals on wheels drop offs, kept on the curb as she scooters around(don’t worry, I had her move it to the freezer in a ziplock lmao).

  1. Tearing her picture off the milk carton is next level. She’ll know one day. 😂

I didn’t read the caption and thought it was a bar of soap.

Your kid just eats frozen milk? Why? Why god why?

  4. folliepop

Does your neighbour? Give you the milk? Or just like leave it out on the porch and hope it disappears?

Really looked like butter when I seen this post, LOL.

  6. I’m so glad I read the caption because I was 100% certain this was butter.

Milk slushie is good! I used to put milk in frozen mugs and it would get like frozen slushie consistency.

Freeze milk with fruit in it at home.

    Thank me later.

  9. Well…it’s not super unhealthy and full of sugar like ice cream/popsicles so i guess it’s ok.

That doesn’t sound horrible now that I know it’s not a block of cheese/butter.

At least it’s not jam packed with food coloring and sugar

I did this growing up in Asia, but with juice box cartons! We’d cut open the top then drink/eat with a straw and spoon. Highly recommend trying it that way, it’s less messy lol

Am I crazy, why am I the only one who immediately guessed it was a frozen block of milk lol

This is basically a limber de leche, it’s just missing the sweetened condensed milk and a bit of vanilla (that’s how grandma used to make them)

Some people just live totally different lives from your own.

Good way for your kid to get their calcium intake

Ok, when I was in Mexico, they would sell something like this. It was the milk in a carton. The ones that aren’t refrigerated. They would mix this milk with chocolate or strawberry mix like nesquik or banana or even cantaloupe. Then they’d put it in these thick plastic bags. Tie the top in a knot and throw it in a freezer. When they’re frozen, just cut off the corner and enjoy. I loved those things. Just an idea for the summer. They’d be fun for her to make and all the different flavors to choose from.

Damn I thought your kid was gnawing on a block of butter.

She needs to get into the frozen milk business! She can revolutionize school lunches. I’m picturing those Minute Maid juice bars but it’s milk instead of juice. A frozen blueberry swirl milk bar sounds fire.
