Mea Via Pasta Bar, which has operated from the Butter Market since 2023, is opening a new restaurant on Bridge Street, with seating for up to 40 customers, and big plans to hold classes from their new base.
Owner Giorgia Pesenti said they were “incredibly excited” to embark on the new venture.
“We can’t wait to welcome all our guests and share the experience of our brand-new restaurant with them,” she said.
“Every detail has been carefully thought out, and we’re looking forward to creating memorable moments for everyone who walks through our doors.”
The restaurant will welcome in “friends, family, and industry pals” this evening, but the doors will be officially open to the public from Saturday, May 3.
“We throw the doors wide from the first pasta to the last negroni and welcome everyone in,” they said.
“The website’s live, the booking button actually works!
