This is all I want to eat these days. It practically involves no cooking, you just have to sear the tuna for a few minutes and the rest is just mixing and assembling so you don’t even need to turn the oven on. It’s packed full of flavour, it’s light and refreshing…it’s so good.

The recipe is out on my newsletter. If you’re not yet signed up and you’d like to be, sign up at dinnertonight.substack.com

This is exactly what I feel like eating when the weather is this hot, and I highly recommend you make it, too. Seared sesamer crusted tuna with soy spiked grated tomatoes drizzled in an unbelievably good coriander pesto. This is almost a no cook recipe because all you have to do is sear the tuna for a few minutes and the rest is just a little bit of mixing and assembling, which makes it perfect for when it’s too hot to turn the oven on. This is recipe number 25 of my 100 day recipe series. This one will be going out in my newsletter on Sunday. Make sure you’re subscribed and I’ll see you tomorrow.
