    Looks great! I’ve made this recipe too and love the bread. It’s really good for a breakfast sandwich with a runny egg, and whatever else you like. I did sautéed spinach and mushrooms, egg over easy w some grated parm and hot sauce. I toasted the bread which makes it so shattery crackly crispy, just a great texture.
