for lunch today i made this one pan crispy rice with sardines and eggs! it was so filling and delicious. the spiced tin oil added a great flavor to the dish and it was really easy to make.
i used daywithmei’s recipe on her website.

    Oh, that was for two servings. That’s a relief because it looked like more food than I could handle.

    The plated portion is perfect, and looks very tasty.
