These are the pods from Ridley Road market in Dalston, London. They were the only peppers I could find in London labeled as Jamaican Scotch bonnet. They don't look like the true A grade yellow bonnets so wondering what they could be. We typically get Ugandan/Moroccan/Dutch grown varieties here which are uniform, look great but have hardly any flavour..

That’s a big boy, looks like a jumbo size habanero
Prob an Orange Freeport Scotch Bonnet.
There are a ton of Caribbean peppers that get labeled as Scotch Bonnet, and they have all been crossed at some point (which is why Jamaica keeps the MOA Scotch Bonnet standard).
They’re all pretty similar in heat and flavor tho, so I’d gladly make any Caribbean recipe with one of those
Scotch Bonnet MOA (Ministry of agriculture) has orange color. What do you mean by “the true A grade yellow bonnets”?
Holy hell, they get that big?
They look a little bigger than usual.
Day-um! Nice job!
Can’t wait for mine to ripen. I got some big ones as well, biggest I’ve grown
