How many calories do you think i ate of this cookie cake?


I got this for my birthday today from Great American Cookies. It’s a sugar cookie cake and it’s one of the personal mini ones they sell. I think they are like 8×6 inches and the cake itself was pretty thin because GAC cakes are usually like that. These are the before and after pictures.

    At this point don’t even track it if you are. I’d say like least 5k depending on how much sugar they used for a “sugar cookie cake”

    I’d say like 2k but I’m from England and may be completely wrong, I don’t know exactly how different American baking is tbh

    Their website says 420 but i feel like it’d be more than that, unless the cookie is like the size of a phone?? Maybe??

    It’s 4 servings x 420 without icing according to public info. Maybe 2500-3000?

    When I know I went over by a lot I put in I ATE TOO MUCH on lose it for 2k or 3k calories and just start again the next day.

    ATP just finish… it’s like 5k for one thing. Most likely more. Just continue like usual tomorrow and work out a little more and you’d be fine

    The entire cake looks about 3,000-4,000 calories. But you ain’t gonna get 3,000-4,000 birthdays. Might as well make the most of this one and go craaazy.

    If this is the Cookie Card, it’s 1120 calories for the normal cookie card per their website’s nutrition info. I would assume the sugar cookie one is similar. I think a lot of people are overestimating because they think it’s a full size cake.
