The baby back party ribs were so good, I had to make them again. Spare ribs this time. Recipe below.

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!

  2. I used 1 1/2 racks of spare ribs. Costco sells them in 3 rack packages, so I’ve got another 1 1/2 racks in the freezer for next time.

Cut into individual ribs and seasoned with Meat Church Texas Sugar. Went in the fridge overnight on a rack over a baking sheet.

Smoked at 275° for 45 minutes. Flipped and smoked another 45 minutes.

Into an aluminum tray with the following:
    Honey,
    Sriracha,
    Sweet Baby Ray’s,
    Brown sugar,
Butter (about 1/3 of a stick)

Covered with foil and into the oven at 300° for 45 minutes.

They were tasty, but not tender enough, so after eating a few they went back into the oven at 350° for another hour.

Next time I’ll just start at 350° in the oven, probably only for an hour.

Yup! I did these too just the other day and the family loved them. They now want them added to the bbq rotation lol.
