this is the breakfast i eat every day. my roommate claims to be tortured by the mere sight of it. i did NOT create a monster on purpose, but it’s fun to watch people recoil in horror!
THE RECIPE:
1) add 2 eggs, salt, garlic powder, a small dash of milk, and a hearty dose of Worcestershire sauce to a bowl
2) beat until small bubbles form
3) add mozzarella cheese to taste
4) cover and microwave for 1 minute
5) mix; scrape the cooked parts off of the edges and break them up in the middle
6) microwave for another 1 minute
7) mix and enjoy! the small puddle of raw egg at the bottom adds to the texture
the final product is solid, but it’s surprisingly fluffy (think cake). do your worst 🫶

Ah it’s the Worcestershire sauce got it. You can also get your eggs to look like this if, you pepper them before hand, or from burning the butter. I know from experience haha

I thought these were steamed eggs, which is a dish in Asia, my parents would make it with soy sauce and it’d take on a similar colour. But after reading the description I am thoroughly disgusted, it’s wonderful 🙂
I doubt you’ll see this OP, but as someone who has done Worcestershire on eggs before, I support your recipe. It looks awful but it’s very good! I’ll have to try adding garlic.
