Family was craving cheesy gordita crunches, so I gave it a go

TVP and black bean tacos with shredded veggies on top, drizzled with a quick salsa Verde creamy sauce I made and some taco sauce. Freshly shredded Daiya cheddar in between the hard and soft shells. And some refried beans, of course.
