Ingredients:
1 ball Trader Joe’s pizza dough 🍞
2 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs 🍗
1/4 cup BBQ sauce (plus more for drizzle) 🍖
1/2 cup queso fresco, crumbled 🧀
1/4 cup grated Parmesan 🧂
1/4 small white onion, thinly sliced 🧅
2 mushrooms, sliced 🍄
2 slices prosciutto, torn 🍖
Fresh cilantro, chopped 🌿
Olive oil, salt, pepper 🧂
Instructions:
• 🧑🍳 Bake chicken thighs at 400ºF until golden. Shred meat and crisp skin under broiler or in a pan.
• 🫓 Stretch Trader Joe’s dough into an oiled cast iron skillet.
• 🔥 Spread BBQ sauce, then top with chicken, mushrooms, prosciutto, onion, queso fresco, and Parmesan.
