Ingredients:

Dates 86g
Oats 16g
Cocoa powder 13g
Maple syrup 18g
Peanut butter 14g
Pistachio 24g
Dark chocolate 40g

Method:

  1. Blitz the pistachios and reserve a good pinch to sprinkle the truffles
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients and blitz for a bit until they finely ground
  3. Divide in 10 equal parts (approximately 17g each) and roll into balls
  4. Melt the chocolate.
  5. Dip the balls in the melted chocolate using a fork
  6. Sprinkle with ground pistachio
  7. Put in the fridge until the chocolate has hardened

Makes 10 truffles, 63 calories each
