  1. I love ribollita! My first time to have it was on a crisp fall day on the piazza in Sienna. Now, throughout the fall and winter in my west Texas kitchen, I make ribollita and remember my time in Tuscany. ❤️ I love the philosophy behind Tuscan cooking because it seems very similar to the cooking style of my Texas ancestors: using their creativity and simple ingredients that were common to the area to make delicious, filling and economical meals.

  2. Very over-explained, which makes it seem more complicated than it is. I've been cooking for 45 years, tho, so lots of kitchen experience. Anyway, love this type of dish, with lots of greens, and it looks delicious! And the softer, less yelling Rachael is refreshing, too.😊

  3. A thousand years ago I made your Ribollita Con Verdure and fell in love. I still have a very strong taste memory of it. Thank you!

  4. 🎉You explained this very well! I've never heard of this dish and you made seem very fun to make! Thank you!

  5. Rachel… Thank you so much for all those outdoor scenes from your home and, from town. It's just so refreshing! Again, love to see you cooking at home and not in a studio. 💛

  6. Thank You Rachael 😊 for Sharing 💕 this Amazing Soup Recipe! I, also must say Thank You to All Your Family, 14:52 Staff, Producers, Photographers, and 4/ Paws 🐾 🐾 My fur babies eat All of Your Products 👍 Milo 🐶 Fav 😊😊

  7. I was up very early this morning probably 3 AM, but I am watching this at 8:30 AM. Thank you for sharing this recipe with me.💕🙏

  8. I am Polish and love mushrooms. Growing up I will go mushroom picking with my dad and the only thing I remember is he said bugs won’t eat the poisonous ones😂😂😂

  9. Thank you for showing how to accommodate ppl that don’t like certain things or have food allergies. This is my favorite cooking show I so happy to see you 💜💜💜

  10. I LOVE fennel I started using it in my pasta sauce and it has helped me feel better and it tastes better too

  11. “Guess who’s not patient, the person that made the 30 minute meal” Rachel Ray the comedian 😂😂😂

  12. Love your new channel and your calming and beautiful videos full of your amazing food. So refreshing to hear someone explain something without saying "ya know" ever 12 seconds.

  13. Outstanding presentation. Thank you for this fun and very informative program. You are a great teacher. P.S. This episode reminds me of a term Rachael coined in her 30 minute meal days – ‘stoup’ – a concoction somewhere between a soup and a stew. This soup looks like a stoup! 😊

  14. Thank you 🙏🏻 Rachel! Been listening to your videos even when I’m doing house chores & can’t sit in front of the screen! Looks like 👍🏻 lots of us are loving your new Tuscany themed shows! I personally love the music woven into them, the nature shots outdoors and your husband showing us how he makes those cocktails 🍸 are so cool that it breaks the monotonous tone of regular cooking shows!
Was this one shot in your kitchen studio here in the states??
I think the one in Tuscany has more space! ❤🎉🍽️🍹💚

    in your studio

  15. In the south here in the states it is collard greens or kale 🥬 and beans 🫘 with ham hocks! I ❤it! WOW 😋😋😋

  16. I get my doses of mushrooms 🍄 and baby celery leaves 🌱 from my farmer 👩‍🌾 at the Long Beach Farmers market by the marina!❤ ❤my farmer! Told me he grows everything himself! And still has time to share his beautiful produce 🍄🌾with us every Sunday!❤
I too ❤ garlic 🧄 like your husband! I add it with everything I cook! Hahahhaaaa 😁😁🎉

  17. I have been a fan for life. Rachael saw me through my college years as well as my grad school years. I have every cook book she ever wrote and watched every show she's been on. Her tips and tricks are still a part and parcel of my kitchen etiquette and will be my kids' also because those are integral learnings for cooking in a clean, organised, quick and efficient way. This show is interesting as it is her take on a lifestyle channel and that is interesting. Good luck in Tuscany and with this new show! Love from Bangladesh!

  18. It is so much fun seeing you both in your beautiful home and thank you for continuing to share your amazing cooking skills with us! This looks delicious!! ❤

  19. Watching you always makes me smile. I cannot wait to make this, luckily my local shop now carries kale regularly…as an American now abroad, I missed kale.

  20. Hi Rachel loving your videos. My daughter got married at Bella Sera. We had a beautiful evening. 😌😌 it was such a nice venue. The owner travels to Italy 🇮🇹. My husband is Italian and we enjoy Italian cuisine. 🤤😋🍝my mother in law taught me a lot. I watch a lot of cooking shows. I’ve learned a lot. Thanks for sharing 😊
