    Absolutely gorgeous! Did you use sliced tofu or grated or tofu skins (like inari)?

    **1. Pickled veg:**

    * 1 carrot
    * ½ lbs daikon
    * Distilled white vinegar
    * 2 tspn Salt
    * 5 tspn Sugar
    * Cut into thin strips, put all in a quart mason jar and shook periodically for about an hour

    **2. Bread**

    Vegan butter, toasted in the oven

    **3. Char siu? tofu:**

    * 1 block of extra firm ‘fu
    * ½ tspn Chinese five-spice powder
    * 2 tbspn maple syrup (or any honey alternative)
    * 1 ½ tbspn soy sauce
    * 1 tbspn ketchup
    * 2 tbspn toasted sesame oil
    * 2 tbsn Vegan Hoisin Sauce

    Mixed everything, dredged tofu in mix, and seared in a medium hot pan

    **Toppings**

    * Fresh jalapeno
    * Fresh cilantro
    * Avocado

    Sliced everything while stuff’s cooking

    Spread light vegan mayo on toasted bread, loaded up with everything

    Sprinkled some black pepper on top

    Drizzled Sriracha and Maggi Seasoning sauce
