Ingredients
2 cups semolina
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 cup yogurt
2 tbs baking powder
2 tbs orange zest

For Syrup
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 slice lemon

Bake the cake in preheated oven fun 180 c for 30 minutes until the top become golden.
Slice the cake first then add the warm syrup to the warm cake tray it should be warm not hot.
Leave for 2 hours until become cold then serve.
