    Pretty damm good! For nigiri techniques, I’d recommend checking out Tokyo sushi academy of Akira San cooking at home.

    I’ve still not managed to get my rolls as nice and tight as you did here. I’d happily eat everything you posted. Great job and I’m sure you made your guests/family happy.
