I covered some lamb loin chops in the original stuff and gave them a 2 hour soup vide bath at 135. Pulled them out, wiped them dry, and seared them. Fucking amazing.

Love it and I bought the hella hot. Goes great On salmon, beef, chicken, asparagus, broccoli, broccolini, mushrooms, on oven roasted up potatoes 🤤🤤😵💫😵💫
