I have tried googling and checking Reddit but can’t seem to find a solution. My 2 year old Kamado Big Joe 3 has a pretty big gap on the part of the dome that is closest to the airlift hinge. I have tried removing the bands and hinge to realign everything but it doesn’t work. When installing the hinge again the distance from the bottom screws to the top screws is pretty noticable.
Has anyone had this issue? Solutions?

Hey – yeah I had the same – someone working at the house tried to lift the BBQ via the hinge and bent it. You can try removing and over tightening the disengagement nut which might bend it back. Kamado replaced mine FOC – they are about £189 to replace
