🍽️ Ingredients:
2 medium cucumbers, peeled and finely chopped
2 cups plain yogurt
2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup cold water (add gradually)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste

Optional: fresh ground black pepper

Garnish: drizzle of olive oil, dried mint or sumac

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
In a bowl, combine chopped cucumbers with plain yogurt. Stir until smooth.
Add dill, garlic, and salt. Mix well.
Slowly pour in cold water while stirring to reach your desired soupy consistency.
Add olive oil and pepper (optional), and mix everything thoroughly.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
