    Just freeze whatever you can’t eat right away! They will last a long time, and frozen peppers defrost very quickly.

    Those look delicious.

    I went overboard with the seeds last year, made 5 gallons of pickled peppers and dried the rest.

  4. I’m on the same boat lol. I started 17 varieties this year and my multiples have been given away. They’re all out on my balcony 😂

    Nice variety. Dehydrated peppers are my favorite way to preserve. Still have tons of jars from last year, it’s so nice having them all winter/spring

    A chilli head cannot have too many plants, sharing the flavours and highs brings me great satisfaction.

    We are rowing the same boat my friend having a variety is always good. Atleast you know what yours our mine got mixed up so now we will just see
