Wife marinated some skirt steak in what was essentially salsa with soy sauce, and orange juice over night. Cooked at 375 for 20 minutes flipping once in between. Thought I over cooked it by the color of the inside, but it couldn’t have come out more tender.

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!

Love doing fijitas on the Traeger. I do em probably once a week. Little bit of fiesta brand “Uncle Kris” and marinate in W sauce, 375 till 150-155 and you’re good to go!
