Bought a Kamado Joe (Classic Joe II) over memorial Day weekend from a reputable small town hardware chain. Shipped to store. Was supposed to be delivered to the house tomorrow, but the wife and I were in town so we decided to just pick it up. After finishing the yard work, I backed the van up to the deck to begin assembly. Opened the wooden top to find the ceramic lid in pieces😢. All good, luckily I didn't even get it out of the van, so, we'll return it tomorrow for a replacement. I'll join the club one day, soon, I hope. 🤞

Ya that truly sucks man. Thats a B to move and now you have to do it twice.

That’s the Joehole ™. It gives direct access to the grill without opening the lid, and allows you to use your Kamado Joe for glass blowing.
Good news. Disappointment will always be there for you.
Insert the guy that they replaced everything but the metal and now he has ~~a peppers planter~~ (flower pot)in between is big and jr Joe.
