Homemade bolognese with substitutions my daughter couldn't taste! Then banza pasta for me (don't worry, the growing kid had regular), and salad! Turned out super tasty and filling. Approx 560 cals for a pasta dinner?! Worth it to me!!

    To be clear this was my kids plate…mine had more sauce (meaning ratio on mine was slightly less pasta to more meat sauce), and more salad 🤣 only took a pic of hers though.

    Recipe (I think this was what I did!)

    1lb Jennie O’s 99% lean ground turkey

    Carrots (i needed to use up baby carrots and used about 20)

    Onion

    3 to 5 cloves garlic 😉

    Barilla traditional marinara no sugar added (or tomato sauce and diced tomatoes /ur choice)

    Fat free chicken stock

    Sweetener if tomatoes have no sugar added

    Coconut aminos

    Worsteshire

    RECIPE STEPS:

    Cook turkey, season with salt,pepper, Italian seasonings and coconut aminos

    Add garlic and saute a few min

    Add carrot and onion, salt n pepper, cook for 5 to 7 min

    Add tomato sauce of your choice and chicken stock to desired consistency

    Add onion and garlic powder and any other seasonings to taste (i always do this by taste /what the heart desires and keep the spice rack open til it tastes right 🤣 )

    Add 2 tbsp fat free greek yogurt for creaminess

    Add a couple pinches of whole earth monk fruit or desired sweetener, to taste

    Add dash worstechire

    Let simmer and serve with pasta or zoodles
