French culinary brand PAUL has marked its entry to Hyderabad, India with the opening of its first outlet at Tower 10, RMZ, Nexity.

The move introduces PAUL’s 135-year-old legacy of French gastronomy to the city.

PAUL’s new outlet is designed to accommodate 200 guests, featuring both indoor and outdoor seating. Its French ambience draws inspiration from that country’s architectural elegance to create a warm atmosphere.

Its blend of European cuisine, aesthetics and interiors appeal to both foodies and social media enthusiasts.

The Hyderabad outlet invites customers to enjoy a traditional French café with its brewed coffee and buttery croissants and pastries, and features dishes such as the classic quiche Lorraine, the croque-monsieur, savoury crêpes, French onion soup and caramelised canelés, complemented by handcrafted sourdough Napoletana pizzas, pasta, tartines, rice bowls and salads.

Gourmet sandwiches, risottos and beverages are also available, all made with ingredients sourced both locally and internationally.

Stellar Concept, through its associate company Cogent Hospitality, launched PAUL Bakery Café in 2019 and is responsible for the brand’s expansion across India.

PAUL now operates seven outlets in the country, with the new addition in Hyderabad joining two in Gurugram and one each in Vasant Kunj, Saket, Mumbai and Pune.

“French culinary brand PAUL debuts in India ” was originally created and published by Verdict Food Service, a GlobalData owned brand.
