Reverse seared in the oven at 230F (110C) until internal temps hit 118.4F (48C), afterwards left to rest completely, and then seared on the charcoals.

    Also dry brined for half a day and smeared with butter and rosemary in the end

    Did you have it covered in a pot in the oven to keep the moisture or did you add any liquid on it
