I get where your fear is coming from. Most packed noodles are around 270kcal. But you should really just trust the package

i did the math through the macros and got 129 so definitely seems accurate!

Those noodles look like pre-boiled noodles(?), which had way less calories, because of the weight-to-water ratio, and often has no oil included in them. So i believe it’s correct!

i think it is because the noodles are not fried. Instant noodles are mostly fried for better concealment that’s why the calories triple sometimes.
